When do applications for the 2025 Graduate Program open and close?

Applications for Ventia’s Graduate Program open on 1 July 2024 and close 31 July 2024. 

 

How long is Ventia’s Graduate Program?

Ventia’s Graduate Program is a two-year program consisting of 2 x 6-month rotations and 1 x 12-month rotation.

 

Am I eligible to apply for Ventia’s Graduate Program?

To be considered for this program, you must be an Australian / New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have full Australian / New Zealand working rights.

You will have successfully completed (at minimum) a bachelor’s degree within the last 24 months or graduating in 2024 and available to commence in January 2025.

Ventia operates across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Keep your resume clear and concise – your resume doesn’t need to be longer than two pages. Use the space to describe your experience, attributes and responsibilities relevant to the pathway that you’re applying for.
  • Prepare – Practice the STAR method (situation, task, action, result) to prepare for behavioural based interview questions to structure your answers.
