Confluence Water
Confluence Water is a joint venture comprising Downer Utilities, Jacobs, and Ventia. All three companies have a long and rich history of service for Sydney Water, the water industry and the infrastructure industry in Australia.

Earthsure
Ventia has partnered with Veolia to develop a soil processing facility at SUEZ’s Taylors Road Landfill in Dandenong South, 45kms from the Melbourne CBD. The soil processing facility treats contaminated soil to minimise its environmental impact and where possible create the potential for re-use.

Gold Coast Infrastruture Solutions 
A 50:50 unincorporated joint venture between Ventia and Downer to provide asset lifecycle delivery services to the City of Gold Coast’s water and sewerage networks. 

Netflow
The Netflow consortium – comprising Cintra and Plenary as project sponsor; WBHO Infrastructure as design and construction lead; and the Amey and Ventia joint venture as services contractor – is contracted by the Victorian Government to design, build, finance and maintain the Western Roads Upgrade (WRU) project for 23 years. WRU is Victoria’s largest single investment in arterial roads to date.

Skout
Skout Solutions, a joint venture with Ventia and Randstad, is the unique result of bringing together two global organisations with a simple focus; to provide innovative talent solutions to your People and Project requirements. Skout’s core services are centred around the Contract Management and Trades & Services industries, where it delivers tailored people solutions to fluctuating business demands, whether short or long term.

Utilita
Utilita Water Solutions (Utilita) is a joint venture between Ventia and Downer Utilities, and has been delivering electrical, mechanical and civil maintenance services for Queensland Urban Utilities since 2016.

Venture Smart
Venture Smart is a Joint Venture between Ventia and Johnson Controls, established in 2018. The JV delivers the Statewide Electrical Infrastructure Services Contract for our client Main Roads Western Australia.

Watersure
A joint venture with SUEZ, Watersure is responsible for the operations and maintenance of the Victorian Desalination Project through to September 2039 under contract to AquaSure.
