The Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) gender pay gap is an important measure and annual publication driven by the Australian Government.

Women make up 32.2%% of our Australian workforce, contributing deep expertise across corporate settings, operational roles, and frontline environments. They bring diverse perspectives, rich experience, and capabilities that strengthen our culture and performance.

We are dedicated to growing the representation of women across all levels of Ventia. In line with our HESTA 40:40 commitment, we have set a target of 40% women in executive leadership and senior management by 2030, reinforcing our commitment to building a balanced and inclusive leadership pipeline. We are proud to have already met - and exceeded - our executive leadership target, with women now representing 50% of our Executive Leadership Team.
