A big congratulations to two of our electrical apprentices Ed Dann and Mark Quinn, from our Venture Smart JV, who were finalists in the recent Skillhire Apprentice of the Year Awards 2022. Mark Quinn also took home the coveted First Year Apprentice of the Year Award. 

The Skillhire Apprentice of the Year Awards is a prestigious event that recognises the achievements of young apprentices in Western Australia. It's an opportunity to celebrate the journey and hard work of young people in achieving their trade, as well as the dedication and commitment of their mentors and employers.

Venture Smart finalist in the Safety and Host Employer of the Year categories

In addition to the recognition of our apprentices, Venture Smart was also a finalist in the Safety and Host Employer of the Year categories. Project Director Mick O'Bradaigh says the team were proud to have been recognised in these categories and congratulates all the finalists and winners.

Looking forward, Mick says Venture Smart is excited about continuing to support the next generation of apprentices in the industry.
