After a long and distinguished career with Ventia, and due to some recent health issues, Peter Borden will be stepping down from his role of Group Executive - Transport at Ventia. 

Peter has been instrumental in the growth of Ventia and will remain with the business for a transitionary period through 2022 prior to his retirement. 

As a result, David McPadden has been appointed Group Executive - Transport (on an interim basis).  

David is currently Ventia's General Manager - Australian Road Transport Operations.

David commences in his new role today, 17 January 2022.
