Ausco villages contract win

Our experienced teams bring a contemporary approach to creating communities for those staying in remote accommodation.

We have been awarded eight new and existing contract extensions for accommodation and facilities management services in the last 12 months. Our most recent contract includes providing a range of accommodation and facilities management services for four villages in Queensland and Western Australia for Stayover by Ausco.

Ventia has been awarded and commenced the management of two villages for Stayover by Ausco in Karratha, Western Australia and Dysart, Queensland. In August, Ventia will commence the management of two additional villages for Stayover by Ausco in Queensland at Chinchilla and Dalby.

Stayover by Ausco offers a network of fully managed accommodation villages that focus on flexibility, lifestyle, and well-being for remote workforces in key mining and energy project hubs across Australia.

Ventia will provide a range of accommodation and facilities management services, managing approximately 2,500 beds across the Stayover village locations.

The three-year contracts will be supported by Ventia's experienced teams who bring a contemporary approach to creating communities in villages for those living away from home. This includes services such as a Paddock to Plate approach, with a focus on local content and suppliers, modernised menus, theme nights and services that are flexibility-considered.

Marco Waanders, General Manager - Camp and Village Services said:

These contracts rely on us leveraging our strong operational footprint in Queensland and Western Australia, maximising our capability to support regional economies through local business and employment opportunities.
