Essential services company, Ventia, today announced the appointment of Dean Banks as Group Chief Executive Officer.
Dean is currently the Chief Executive Officer, UK Construction Services, Balfour Beatty plc (a FTSE 250 listed infrastructure company) and has served in that role since January 2018, having first joined Balfour Beatty plc in April 2015 as Chief Operating Officer for regional, mechanical and electrical engineering services. Prior to those appointments, Dean held C-level roles in other FTSE 250 global businesses in construction, manufacturing and service industries.

Dean's successful operations and management background, across many industries is a good fit with Ventia's dynamic operating model and diverse client base. His integration experience is directly relevant in completing the integration of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services).

Dean will commence as Group CEO Ventia in early 2021.
