Joseph, who lives with Tourette's syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and dyslexia, is like one-in-five Australians who live with a disability. 

After struggling to find work, Joseph found an opportunity through APM Employment Services who placed him into a role at Delron, Ventia's commercial cleaning business. 

Speaking of his difficult job search, Joseph said "I just wanted to get some work - I was desperate to work but employers didn't want to know." 

Now, after finding work with Delron he says:

It just feels awesome to have a job." 

Known for his committed work ethic combined with his sense of humour and charming personality, Joseph is a popular member of the Delron team. 

Described as a hard worker, Joseph's manager Jackie Irving says "He always does an excellent job."

Currently, Joseph cleans Delron's Perth office and other client offices in the area.
