Oliver

Honour Olivia's life and legacy by helping people with cancer thrive.

Many Australians and people around the world were deeply saddened by the recent death of singing icon, Dame Olivia Newton-John. Our Livvie brought joy and happiness to millions and provided the soundtrack to our lives for more than 50 years. Her star has continued to shine among new generations through re-runs of the musical Grease, with its infectious songs becoming timeless classics.

One of her greatest legacies is the Olivia Newton-John Centre (ONJ Centre) at Austin Health in Melbourne. The centre was Olivia's dream as she believed passionately about providing wellness therapies to support patients in body, mind and spirit during their cancer treatment. The facility also carries out world-class treatment and research.

Ventia has worked with Austin Health for more than 10 years, and is proud to sponsor Olivia's Walk for Wellness on Sunday, 9 October to support people with cancer.

The 5km walk will be held at Alexandra Gardens, Melbourne from 8am to 1.30pm and registration is essential. If you're not in Melbourne, you can support the event virtually from anywhere in the world in memory of Olivia and her work to help those with cancer. Funds raised will go towards evidenced-based programs that reduce the side effects of treatments and help people with cancer thrive.

If you can't take part in the event but would like to pay tribute to Olivia's life and work, you can donate to the Olivia Newton-John Centre. To register for the event or make a donation, go to www.walkforwellness.com.au.

Donations over $2 are tax deductible.
