With over 18 years' experience in the property industry, National Program Leader Erin Flannery has held various senior positions throughout her career, supporting facility management.

As one of our Projects and Workplace Solutions leads Erin has been described as the ultimate female leader as she strives to both empower and inspire other women to push the boundaries of the facilities and project management world.

One of her team's major projects is the development and delivery of the forward Capital Works Program for Sydney's Australian National Maritime Museum. Works include fire system and HVAC upgrades as well as a significant paving project around the site.

The Projects and Workplace Solutions team is also working with Ventia's maritime team and engineering subsidiary Ventia Engineering Services (formerly ICD Asia Pacific) to ensure further cross engagement opportunities.
