Ventia's Gender Diversity Working Group consists of volunteers from across the business.
They are dispersed geographically but united by their dedication and clear vision for our business - to be known for diversity of talent, the equal treatment of people and as a preferred place to work.
In the past 12 months, achievements include:
- rolling out unconscious bias training to senior managers
- introducing a training program with targeted activities and learnings for our high potential female talent
- providing quarterly dashboard reporting on levels of gender representation across the business
- supporting International Women's Day; and
- aligning Ventia's strategies and initiatives with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)
