Building scaffolding

A property improvement project upgrading 680 dwellings and an enhanced cleaning program developed in response to COVID-19 are just two ways we have helped our client improve local communities and tenant amenity.

In a year of unprecedented challenges, Ventia has delivered a significant program of stimulus and maintenance works on behalf of our client NSW Land and Housing Corporation throughout the Greater Sydney and Newcastle regions.

Across those two programs, more than $85 million was invested by NSW Land and Housing Corporation, with all works delivered by Ventia and our trusted local partners.

We are proud of our passionate and talented employees and subcontractors who have continued to deliver works safely throughout 2021 during the everchanging and COVID-19 environment. This includes employing 91 social housing tenants and more than 150 apprentices.

Ventia Project Director Ian Ryles said the Housing Asset Maintenance Services Contract team was set to continue to deliver a significant program of works for the remainder of 2021 and throughout 2022.

"As we continue to grow, opportunities are available for multi-trade builders and other tradespeople to work with us to deliver safe and quality services to the communities we serve," Mr Ryles said.

In such uncertain times, the Ventia team can safely say we provided certainty to our client, customers, employees and subcontractors by continuing to provide essential services, urgent maintenance, and vital employment safely and reliably.
